Senior Electronics Engineer / Electronics Engineer

Qualification

BSc Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computing, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines; MSc or PhD will have an advantage

Requirement

• Over 3 years working experience in electronics, device design & development
• Clinical experience would be highly desirable, but not required
• Extensive experience in circuit design and multi-layers PCB design
• Professional experience working with circuit design, MCU based hardware design, software (Altium, etc.)
• Professional experience working in embedded Linux and/or real-time operating system desirable, but not required
• Good knowledge in microcontroller and proficient in C/C++/C# programming language
• Knowledge in IEC safety and MEI/EMC requirements is an advantage
• Knowledge in ISO13485 quality system and ISO62304 is an advantage
• Passionate with latest technology and engineering success
   

Job Responsibilities 

• Work in R&D and engineering team to design and develop a state-of-the-art surgical robotic system
• Provide technical field trial support, trouble shooting, and conduct timely fault rectification of technical issues related to product and applications.
• Support clinical trials for regulatory approval.
• Develop and implement product testing tools and procedures
• Lead and conduct regulatory approval (EMC, Safety) tests of components, devices and systems
• Document the design and the development process in accordance with the Company’s quality control requirements
• Manage product development from design, selection of components and strong knowledge on manufacturing process.
• Support quality management team and maintain planned quality objectives
• Review with Line Manager to improve the quality of Company products at the design & development stages
• Acquire and set up the needed equipment, tools and materials for the product and prototype development
• Mentor and supervise junior engineers
• Perform other duties assigned by the Company

Senior Mechanical Engineer / Mechanical Engineer

Qualification

BSc Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computing, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines; MSc or PhD will have an advantage
 

Requirement

• Experience on designing surgical instrument for minimally invasive surgery (MIS)
• Experience on using CNC, metal injection modeling or other method to produce surgical instruments and can contact supplier for producing the instruments.
• Experience with Solidworks or other CAD software
• Experience in making 2D drawings for manufacturing
• Able to help to select the material for surgical instruments. Reduce cost and guarantee quality.
• Knowledge in ISO13485 quality system and ISO62304 is an advantage
• Passionate with latest technology and engineering success
• Able to work under pressure, self-motivated and a team player
• Demonstrate effective communication, time management and leadership skills

Qualification

BSc Degree in Electronics or Computer Science or related disciplines; MS or PhD will have an advantage
 

Requirements

• Good knowledge in embedded programming, computer vision, and python programming
• Knowledge on using CNC, metal injection modeling or other 3D printing technologies
• Excellent knowledge in Solidworks or other CAD software
• Able to help to select the material for robots and their copmonents. Reduce cost and guarantee quality.
• Knowledge in ISO13485 quality system and ISO62304 is an advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Work in R&D and engineering team to design and develop a state-of-the-art surgical robotic system
• Research and develop novel surgical robots and robotic components
• Design, develop and test robotic control algorithms, methods and programs
• Apply machine learning and AI techniques in robotics
• Monitor and optimize the performance of robotic systems
• Provide technical field trial support, trouble shooting, and conduct timely fault rectification of technical issues related to product and applications
• Develop and implement product testing tools and procedures
• Provide support on the regulatory approval (EMC, Safety) processes
• Support clinical trials for regulatory approval.
• Manage product development from design, tooling to production, selection of materials and strong knowledge on manufacturing process
